After hundreds of years, it has become a distinctive Boxing relaxing and soothing slow and flexible mild and mighty. Today in and out of China Taiji Quan has displayed its charm and value.

  In this modern society, fast development brings abundance and competition, multiple values brings confusion and annoyance, deteriorated environment brings harm to our health.
